All of our hair is 100% human hair. All of our textures, besides straight, are Brazilian hair. The straight hair we carry is Peruvian. Our bundles are 3.5 oz each. We carry lengths from 10" - 32" in Loose Deep Wave, Brazilian Curly, and Loose Curly and lengths 10" - 40" in Brazilian Bodywave and Peruvian Straight. Due to human hair industry standards, all of our products are final sale with no refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, we understand that issues may arise. We require that we be notified of any issue regarding purchase/product within 10 days of delivery/receipt of the hair.
For standard shipping, orders, we take about 3-7 business days to process your order. Some of our products take a bit longer than normal to process, and those products will have their expected shipping time in their description box. However, due to COVID-19 delays, we may take additional time to process your order for a variety of reasons. Additionally, although we try our hardest to to avoid this situation, there is a small chance that the item you ordered will become out of stock. In that case, we will notify you of delays or give you the option to cancel your order.

Since color brands can be different we do recommend a test strand be done before you fully color the product. Remember, when coloring hair, you are processing hair. Processes, like lightening, may cause damage to the hair, just as with your natural hair, which will alter the state of the product.

However, heat damage can always occur, so if you choose to straighten curly hair, you may cause heat damage and damage the curl pattern. Also, since the hair is more textured it may take more effort to get a bone-straight look.
We can confidently say that neither the wigs or hair extensions cause damage to the natural hair. However, the method used to install as well as client upkeep can lead to some damage of the natural hair.
